气输配管线管网和输水管网的开孔封堵施工作业，在保证管道正常运行情况下，对管道进行加旁路，更换或加接阀门、更换管段等施工作业，避免因施工作业而停输所造成的经济损失和对社会生产生活所造成的不良影响，消除了传统带压管线作业的安全隐患。

管带压不停输开孔，封堵作业，管内介质温度：
-20℃～80℃，特制时-20℃～200℃，管内介质压力≤6.4Mpa
Application range
The technique of isolating a section of pipelinefor repairs and additions without interruption of service can be applied in spiral –welded pipe, seamless pipe, straight slot pipe. The task can be done while the temperature in the pipe range from -20℃ to 80℃, in special situation ranging from -20℃ to 200℃ and the pressure in the pipe not more than 6.4Mpa can be kept.
